Schedule and dispatch subcontractors to job sites
Coordinate time windows, job details, and customer expectations
Maintain accurate job notes in our CRM
Resolve scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes with professionalism
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction
Track job progress and communicate updates to the team
Maintain daily and weekly scheduling efficiency targets.
Tələblər:
1–2 years of experience in dispatching, call center, scheduling, or customer service (preferred, not required)
Strong computer skills (CRM experience a plus)
Comfortable communicating with subcontractors and customers
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
