At TAPLA TECHNOLOGIES M.M.C., we strive to provide high-quality AI generation services. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a refund and how to request one.

2. Subscription Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.
  • You have not used more than 10% of your monthly credit allocation.
  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Credits that have already been used for AI generations.
  • Subscription renewals after the first 7-day period.
  • One-time credit purchases (tokens) after they have been added to your account.
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions obtained through special offers.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@tapla.app with your account email, order details, and reason for refund request.

Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and may request additional information.

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then. No partial refunds are provided for unused days in the billing period.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, your account may be immediately suspended pending investigation. We reserve the right to permanently terminate accounts that abuse the chargeback process.
